1. No offensive content or usernames.
2. Alt accounts are not allowed, trying to avoid the timeout for pixel placement is not how this should be played.
3. Unless you're working on a project with someone else, find a free place to place pixels.
4. Unless you've got direct permission from one of the staff, automating pixel placements is not allowed.

Moderators have a right to ban anyone in violation of these rules.
